Scoped verdict

The measured ledger covers 80 screenshot-derived leads: 40 live passes, 20 measured defects, 14 capture artifacts, and 6 unmeasured leads with named fixture or contract gaps. Fifteen source-owned defects were repaired and remeasured; five compiled Gutenberg-block defects remain for the release owner because this bench has no canonical block source and must not edit build/. The verdict is explicitly cache-disabled, bench-only evidence, not a release clearance or release-eligible artifact.

Scope and method

• target: QuizWizz v1.10.0, database schema 1.6.4, WordPress 7.0 on wrdp.loca.zone.
• session: cache-disabled Chromium, isolated temporary administrator, desktop 1600 × 1000 and responsive 390 × 844.
• safety: no settings save, import, restore, upload, quiz update, page publish, or plugin action was submitted. Gutenberg inspection created a page auto-draft, which was force-deleted separately during cleanup.
• measured basis: every vision lead and its repeated geometry is recorded in 2026-07-29 visual damage triage.
• coverage: Dashboard; all eight Settings workspaces and conditional states; search; preview; no-script fallback; quiz/question lists and editors; Subjects and icon picker; four block-editor surfaces; Site Health; Plugins; Privacy Guide; legacy-route redirects. Missing fixture states and locked-source findings are disclosed rather than graded as passes.
• visual authority: raw Chromium screenshots below plus measured DOM state. Behavioral authority remains the Option F probe record.
• historical comparison: the 2026-07-28 Admin UI Atlas supplies the prior full-surface baseline.

Repairs and integrity corrections

Dashboard starter-ready content collapsed into full-width child rows.	Added the repair to the enqueued dashboard stylesheet, not the retired starter stylesheet.	Grid tracks are 42 px / 502.7 px / 193.3 px; icon is 42×42; CTA is 193.3×40 with its arrow inside.

Dashboard and navigation

Observed navigation: Dashboard, Quizzes, Questions, Subjects, Settings. The retired admin.php?page=qw-get-started route resolved to admin.php?page=qw-dashboard#help; the retired admin.php?page=qw-import route resolved to admin.php?page=qw-settings#advanced-portability.

Settings workspaces

Baseline workspaces

Each hash deep-link selected exactly one workspace and exposed only its assigned panels. No alert, clipping, or desktop horizontal overflow was present.

Search and preview

The result list preserves direct matches and restores curated section-synonym recall. Rows whose own text lacks “theme” are explicitly labelled › section match; direct matches omit the suffix. The preview returned two sample questions, kept the page background inert, labelled the stage from the selected Player state, trapped focus in the modal, and restored focus on close.

Conditional PDF and AI states

Conditional controls were changed only in local browser state and were not saved. The banner source and icon grids have distinct selected states, complete labels, and no collision. AI disclosure panels expand without displacing or clipping their controls.

Responsive and no-script boundaries

At 390 px the document and viewport widths both measured 390 px. The workspace navigation remained horizontally operable, cards collapsed to one column, and the preview opener retained its complete label. With JavaScript disabled, the dedicated fallback exposed essential settings and its save action; visual equivalence with the scripted workspace is not part of that semantic fallback contract.

Content administration

The two list tables, filters, row actions, language-aware content, classic-editor meta boxes, and new-item states rendered inside native WordPress chrome. No record was changed or published.

Subjects and icon catalog

The icon picker opened as a viewport-bound modal, moved focus to “Search available icons,” reported 62 icons, and provided an internally scrollable catalog (clientHeight 567, scrollHeight 1470). No term was changed.

Block editor integrations

The inserter returned exactly QuizWizz Quiz, Builder, Quiz Library, and Subjects. The measured ledger records missing inspector affordances for Quiz, Builder, and Library as locked compiled-source defects rather than calling those states passes. A page auto-draft was created during inspection. Historical auto-draft post 696 survived deletion of the prior temporary account and was force-deleted separately; this pass’s auto-drafts were likewise force-deleted explicitly before user cleanup.

WordPress integrations

Site Health completed and rendered both QuizWizz checks; Plugins rendered QuizWizz inline with native row actions. The retained Site Health and Privacy Guide images do not visibly prove the QuizWizz-specific content, so those screenshots remain disclosed coverage gaps rather than visual evidence for the integration claim.

Evidence integrity and release boundary

• raw captures: every recaptured desktop PNG is 3200 px wide; settings-general-mobile.png is 780 px wide. Chromium wrote each file directly at device scale factor 2 with zero width mismatches.
• recaptured: 01-dashboard-navigation, 02-dashboard-details, all scripted settings-* surfaces except no-script fallback, quiz-list, question-list, both quiz editors, subjects, block-subjects-inspector, and plugins.
• retained and still downscaled: 03-dashboard-help, subjects-icon-picker, block-inserter, block-quiz-inspector, block-builder-inspector, block-library-inspector, question-editor-existing, question-editor-new, site-health, and privacy-guide remain 1024 px wide; settings-noscript-fallback remains 760 px wide. Their limitations are not treated as repaired evidence.
• the prior published assets were downscaled by the capture pipeline; only the named degraded/changed slugs in the recaptured bullet now contain raw doubled-width captures.
• QUIZWIZZ_VERSION remains 1.10.0 and both edited CSS/JS URLs still use that unchanged version. Warm-cache administrators therefore retain old assets until a hard reload or a release-owner version bump. This locked bench does not add filemtime cache busting or change the release version.
• live state: get_option('qwizz_schema_version') = 1.6.4, matching includes/Installer.php:15; QUIZWIZZ_VERSION = 1.10.0.
• browser: cache disabled; all 80 leads and their dispositions are in the triage ledger.
• runtime regression: the complete standing harness passed after the repairs; see probe contract and authoritative boundaries.
• release boundary: the bench remains releaseEligible: false; canonical repository integration, CI, provenance, signing, block-source repair, versioning, and release packaging remain release-owner work under the masterplan.
